This old fat gentleman is not ugly. He has a forward maxilla and cheekbones, strong chin, forward sloping face - overall strong bone structure. Just because he's fat and old doesn't mean he's ugly. Besides that lady is almost his age, she just looks younger because she hasn't let herself go.
